Next day delivery never happened x2.

Ordered twice, never received. I was credited both times. Do not recommened next day delivery. The delivery people they use unreliable. All my other orders with Macy's arrived fine.

Sorry this time

Duslike the fabric is shining the upper part is for tall women as it created a bump between my waist and my shoulders. Did not like the fabric nor the fit.

bad packaging k

Ordered the coat. Arrived late and bag opened . The coat was not in any packaging just straight in parcel bag which was half opened. Pathetic packaging and coat not cleaned . The maroon color was beautiful though

Don’t buy. Macy’s cannot help if belt is missing

I received the jacket with no belt and Macy’s refused to amend this issue. They only offered to take the jacket back.

Looks Good, doesn't feel good!

I loved the chocolate brown, but the coat is not warm enough for Michigan winters.
