The hood is too bulky… To washed it for the first time and the feathers came out. I ha to sow it back in. I will ask for a refund.

Too bad the hood was undetachable.

I loved the color of the coat but didn't like the large hood that was undetachable. I reluctantly returned this coat. As it is a Michael Kors specially designed coat for Macy's I hope that next winter's style for the same coat will have a detachable hood.

it's ok, not great

quality is not quite as good as I am used to with MK. Feels a little thin. Also HATE the hood/neck. Unless you have the hood zipped up entirely it looks super weird

Never received this coat. Received a Calvin Klein woolen coat instead.

Cute & Warm

I wanted to like this coat pretty much; I like the design, I like the fabric, I like the color but the hood. The hood, what’s was the designer thinking? That hood is designed to make you look like a 🌼. It is puff, goes tight around the face and if it is not to tight enough, it has a cord to nicely frame your face with petals of puffy fabric. Sadly, I will returning it asap.
