sent wrong size and no belt

This coat has belted in the title and did not include a belt. I ordered a petite small and received XXS. that’s two sizes smaller than ordered. What is going on? The coat is lovely, but too small and very silly looking when it has belt loops and no belt.

different cheap belt

1st came without belt. Now came with different plane black belt. It suck… very very disappointing.

Coat

Great coat! A little disappointed with belt. Buckle a smidge small for belt with and the fabric isn't suited for tying. Otherwise good quality.

Michael Kors Trench Coat

Beautiful elegant trench coat, with the hood and belt. It’s well made, looks cool and it can be wear for many different occasion; also when you feel cold or when it rains. I bought for a trip to Europe because it is usually cooler there and last year it rained a lot in August.

Great Style - Rain Coat

I love the style but the belt is really long and flaps with the heavy metal trim on the end of the belt.

Great petite raincoat!

I’m 5’1”, 118 lbs and tried two sizes in store. Bought the petite xsmall and love the fit. The protection from rain is wonderful and the longer length helps keep your legs dry. I added thin layers for more warmth on a December trip to New York. The hood is detachable which is a nice option, depending on whether you wear it for a quick walk or a long stroll in the rain, where you would like the protection of a hood. I also tried on the less expensive MK coat with gold zipper and buttons but this style that I am reviewing was much more flattering in color and fit. I don’t really wear the belt with the logo across it but that’s more of a preference. I’m short waisted and I don’t like the look of belts on coats or dresses.

Missing a Belt and a Button

The coat that I received is just like the other review, missing a belt AND a button. I ordered a lot of clothing from Macy's over the years. They always put the clothing nicely in a sealed plastic bag, and obviously, this is an exception. They should have checked and made sure the item is in condition and had all accessories (like a belt) before they shipped it.
