I liked the shoe color which was one of the reasons I bought this shoe online. But the actual thing was not like the looking online and not very comfortable. So I returned it.

They were returned. Too heavy to wear all day and don’t fit comfortable.

Call customer service never got fixed

I never received my item, called customer service they assured me they would fix it and mail my shoes. Instead, I received a refund gift card. I would preferred my money since I never shop at Macy’s.

Very comfortable and cute

Absolutely like wearing these shoes. They have a higher sole than normal but not too much to make it awkward. I would definitely buy in multiple colors.
