Nice print but missing strap keeper

I ordered this in a L/XL thinking I wanted to be able to wear it both around the waist and across one shoulder. I put it on the smallest hole and the end of the strap flapped straight out at my side when walking around - there is no strap keeper to hold the end of the strap in place. I ordered again in the S/M and had the same thing happen. The material is calf hair and the design is super cute. The large leopard pattern is on the top flap, and it opens up to a smaller leopard print under the flap, which is not really visible in the pictures. I really wanted to keep it because it is so cute, but with the strap issue with it hanging straight out, I decided to return both.
