Horrible experience -twice!!

Twice on two different days I purchased these gloves only to have the transaction cancelled the following day AFTER they charged my credit card. The first time was through the web site and the second time was on the phone with customer service. Received emails both times confirming the purchase but neither time did I receive a cancellation notice or reason for the cancellation. To make matters worse, I did not receive an immediate refund and was told that I would have to wait 10 days to get my money back. They sold me something they didn’t have, charged me for the item they didn’t have, then refused to refund my card. Horrible!!! Additionally since they didn’t notify me, I thought the Christmas gift issue was resolved when it wasn’t.
