Preworn Shoes Returned and Recieved TWICE

The shoes are cute and stylish. However, I ordered a pair of these shoes two weeks ago, to arrive in time for an event. The 1st pair you could tell have been worn. There was no padding that news shoes have, it was unstrapped, you could see toe prints and the bottom was dirty with black scuff marks. I made no fuss, I returned the pair, requested a refund within enough time to order a new pair. I timed the return, to intentionally not get the same pair of shoes. Unfortunately when my new pair of shoes arrive, SAME ISSUE. Pre-worn shoes, and I had to take a photo. I called Macys, JAS the representative helps me online, and stated I could get a refund/return, or return/expedite a new pair. Sadly, the shoes would not arrive in enough time if expedited now that the event is days away. I have no choice. Her manager Mariella gives me $20 off and promo. What a shame, I paid full price for shoes that should have been unworn especially if this has been returned once all ready.
