Packaging

This is the 3 rd time I have received a damage shoe box from Macy’s. I am not sure who send ships shoes in a plastic bag and don’t think that it will get crushed! The last time I received shoes off of display and a pair of shoes in a Macy shoe box and not the original packaging, very dissatisfied and disappointed! That purchase was made with a gift card that I got for Christmas and I am still waiting on my refund!

Michael Kors Loafer Pumps

Beautiful shoe but definitely too big. I purchased the 10M and it was flopping off my heels, returned for a 9.5M and I'm hoping those will fit better.
