Disappointed

I purchased this beautiful shoe in May for a party but finally wore them today 09/14/24. I still love the shoe but the heel tip came off getting out of the car and going to a friend's home and heard the tapping sound from heel. I'm very disappointed because I love Micheal Kors! I have purchased so many shoes from you all. Please do something to make better heel tips that don't break so easliy.

Don’t buy these shoes

I purchased this beautiful shoes for my friend’s wedding. I wore them once and the shoes color began to peel. The shoe went from gold to yellow. I contacted Michael Kors and they told me to go to a repair shop and they maybe able to repair them for me. I am very disappointed because I have purchased many MK items over the years. I won’t purchase any more of their items.

The color is coming out

Mk use to be my favorite brand, but this time the experience was really disappointing because of the quality of the product, the gold color started to fade away, I didn’t even get a chance to wear them at all.

DO NOT BUY!

I was so excited about these heels as they are the perfect height and exactly what I was looking for. I wore these only once for 3 hours and a lot of the gold wore off and they look terrible. I basically only got one wear out of them and that’s it. They’re not even presentable after one time wear so this was a complete waste of money.

Horrible Shoe and service

Please do not waste your time in ordering these shoes. Please. I have ordered two pairs and both have arrived with defects. The second worse than the first. The gold color is ruined and the shoe is yellow. When you try to contact Michael Kors their only suggestion is to return and order a new pair. I’d spend the rest of time ordering these shoes to only have them arrive in worse condition. It’s a shame bc the shoe is nice looking and comfortable.
