Love It

I love this coat. The material is so nice. Pet hair won't stick to it either. The cuffs fit so perfectly. The fur looks very rich. However, it is a little long on me. I am five feet four inches. It could use a slit in the back for ease of movement. Mine was received with some loose strings. Feathers do come out occasionally. The zipper is a little fragile. A little extra care must be taken to ensure it does not break. Overall though, I love it. It is a very comfortable and luxurious coat. I get compliments when I wear it.

Classy but way too puffy

Love the details. Golden quality zippers. Faux fur hood. BUT it is a VERY puffy coat. Super bulky and not flattering for the body. And it is a heavy weight coat. Maybe that’s why it’s not flattering. Too much material and no cinching around the waist doesn’t make for a good look. I really wanted to love it. The taupe color is rich looking.

Too big in puffy - brand vs practical use

This coat is too bulky and the zipper keeps getting stuck with the soft lining material. It is too bulky and too big around the hoody, unless you have a long neck and head then the hoody will stay on. There is no string or way to tighthen the hoody part.

Terrible online shopping experience

The coat that was shopped to me had Michael kors tags but it was actually a different less expensive brand and not a down filled coat that I paid for. In addition, it had a home in one of the pockets, rripped seam on the side and overall it looked worn. I returned the coat to a store and pointed out all the things that were wrong with it. They promised to email me a discouunt code for future purshase but I never received it.
