I ordered this for a birthday weeks ago it said it would be delivered by jan. 14th today is the 20th and i no longer need or want it. its still on the way i was told i could not get a refund because it was on clearance. I feel i should be able to return since it was a ridiculous shipping time and what is more disturbing it is not here yet with no delivery date just on the way when i checked tracking. They need to make this right.

Townsend Medium Straw Bucket Messenger

The bag is beach perfect in appearance. However, a lining with a couple of zip pockets would help especially since it does not zip closed. Also, when not in use, I have to insert bubble wrap to keep its shape. If it had a lining I would have given it a 4 star.

Disappoiting

So glad that I didn’t pay full price!! Since it doesn’t have closure and the flap doesn’t fold over on its own, the purse doesn’t close when set down. It does close when strapped on as a crossbody. The shoe repair shop is fastening a magnetic closure. It’s also unlined and doesn’t have inner pockets. It’s somewhat of a disappointment but would have been a major disappointment had I paid full price. Perhaps the reasons I’ve stated are why the handbag is reduced.
