Disappointed

After communicating with customer service several times, I never received the tote. I am a long-time customer and quite frankly, I am disappointed because this tote was a Christmas gift that never was shipped.

Terrible Experience

Macy’s ordering system was the absolute worst, I didn’t get any of my packages and I’m still waiting on my refunds. They canceled my orders immediately after ordering them.
