Disappointed

I was so excited to get this handbag. Unfortunately, I was disappointed when I received it. It's so stiff I can't use it for a shoulder. It hurts. I'd taken all the tags off when I received it so I can't return it. It'll hang in my closet until I can find someone to give it to.
