I liked it but…

I’ve actually been eyeing this bag since it was first released years ago but was waiting for the perfect price. Decided to buy it recently and though I loved the size, shape and hardware, the color was off big time. It said optic white and I received a cream bag. Went to return it and the store associate stated the color was probably cured by the light. I didn’t replace it because I believe the color would change over time.

Difficult to open

I bought this bag for my wife. She loved it. it's a very cute bag. The problem is we had to struggle to open the bag. Really really difficult. So I am returning this bag. I didn't expect this from a renowned company like Michael Kors.
