handles defective

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing my handbag, I bought mine in Nov 2024, but didn't start using until Feb 2025. like so many of the other reviewers my handles also wore away, I was within return time frame but the Macy's I took it too said they could not do anything because it was unsellable. Undeterred I went to another Macy's and was told to write to Michael kors warranty since it was within the year timeframe. I sent an email with pictures and the warranty form, they replied it was not a defect. Still looking for resolution, I started a chat on Michaelkors.com. I sent the warranty form I'd filled out, pictures and my receipt from Macy's online. the agent apologized for the defective handles and issued me a giftcard for the amount I purchased it for. I'm so glad I did not give up. I would not expect this type of quality from MK. I am more wary of buying anything embossed.

Perfect crossbody bag

I love this cute bag. Great quality! It’s small but big enough to fit everything I need, I love the snake print, it’s elegant and relaxed at the same time. Depending what you wear with. Definitely recommend it!

Very Disappointed

I received this bag at the first of February, but did not start carrying it until the end of February. Within the first two weeks of carrying it, I’ve noticed the underside of the handles were turning white. For what I paid for this bag, that’s unacceptable!

Buyer beware

I used this bag for less than 6 weeks and the handlers the colors coming off its white !!! This i should never happen to any of Michael Kors bags I always buy his bags. Now my window of return is over !! I’m going to write Michael Kors company!!! No one pays this kind of money for fake bags

Michael by Michael Kors color luggage hand bag

Web Id: 19364021. Received this lovely lizard print brown & black colored handbag bag for Christmas 2024. Have used it for a month, On Mon 2/17/25 I noticed that 2 point edges had turned white & looking closely at the bag I discovered that the underside of the 2 handles showed that the color had worn off. Very poooor quality!! I do not recommend this product. I had to give it a 1 star instead of a 0 to be able to submit..
