tore up at the toe area

I am very disappointed with this shoe. they should have never tore up the way the did so fast. the material at the toe came a loose on both shoes I am not happy

Thong broke on two pairs

Thong broke on two pairs. 40 minutes on the phone with customer service. Believe the other reviewers.

Poor quality

They are stiff and hard. Not the most comfortable but they look nice. I wore them 3 times to business meetings and the 4th time they thong part in between my toes snapped off one shoe. The other shoe is frayed and on its way to breaking as well. Hardly worn and they broke.

Not durable

The thong area ripped after 2 wears, Macy's would not accept a return. Sad considering it is not cheap and it is MK!

Defective

thong piece broke within a few months of wear. Product defective. Will seek replacement.

Bad quality

I wear them maybe 1/2 of hour and when I noticed one of the shoe strap broke. I was very disappointed with the quality…

Disappointed...

While I was very excited to receive this sandal as I loved the look and the comfort, it was plastic. One day I was walking and the thong between my toes broke! I didn't even get one season out of the shoe. Very disappointing and cheaply made shoe.

Broke after 3 or 4 wearing's.

I only wore these shoes 3 or 4 times and the thong broke. So disappointed! The return date expired on 8/29/21
