Disappointed

Was saving for this bag for quite some time. Bought it last December at full price. They had no dust bags for storage. In fact Macy’s did not even have a bag large enough to fit this bag to take it home. Used it on three trips since then. It gets very heavy when fully packed, the material is flimsy so it folds when it is not packed and the dimensions are slightly larger than airport baggage allowance so this too is an issue. I am so disappointed but I have to continue using it as I’ve already spent my hard earned money.

Nice looking but needs structure

I feel it is a nice looking bag but the base could be more solid. When using shoulder strap bag bends in half.

Quality of the product

Waited so long for this to go on Sale. Disappointed upon getting it. It looks cheap not at all like in the photos advertised. The material of the body is thin , does not even maintain its shape unless you have it stuffed full.
