My go to bag, definitely LOVE!

First of all, I love this bag. It’s beautiful and great size. Fits so many things. Can use it at as purse or crossbody. Definitely recommend, great bag.

Very Disappointed

I requested my receipt by email and to this day have still not received it. Additionally, I did not receive Star Rewards for this purchase even though I entered my number and confirmed my account with the cashier. When I contacted customer service after four or five days when I hadn't received my receipt, they told me that I could not receive email receipts because I did not have a Macy's card. When I pushed, given that I'd received email receipts before I was informed that they could not help me because I didn't use a Macy's card and that I would have to go back to the store for help. I then inquired about my star rewards and was told that I had received points for the purchase and they had already been added to my account. I knew this was not true as I had my account open as I was on the phone call and the balance she quoted me did not include points from this recent purchase. So now I have no receipt and no star rewards. With service like this I may need to reconsider shopping at Macy's in the future.
