Very disappointing!!

I'm a bit confused as to why name-brand items are being shipped without their original packaging, including the box, UPC, and product code. I recently received a bag that arrived with scratches and was loosely packed in a plain brown Macy's box—not in a Michael Kors box as expected. This experience has made me question the authenticity of the item, and I find it very disappointing. I sincerely hope Macy's is not selling counterfeit products.

Nice little bag.

Bought this to go with the black cut out dress. Nice alligator embossing with a gloss finish. Love the brass chain. Perfect size for formal occasions.

Classy Michael Kors Ourse

I recently bought this MK purse on sale at Macy. The size (medium) is a perfect size for me; I’m 5’3” tall. I like that I can use it as a clutch bag or over the shoulder.I would highly recommend this purse.
