Horrible customer service

I never got the products and when I called about it they wouldn’t even do anything til after 11 days of no shipment updates! This was a birthday gift and the customer service wasn’t helpful at all!!

Crossbody Handbag

I thought it was leather but it was nylon but that is ok. I like it and it have enough room in it for my things that I care on every day basic. I love Michael Kors purses.
