Not What the Picture Shows

Not What the Picture Shows. Just as another customer mentioned, there is a cheap plastic covering making up the body of the bag. The top and bottom leather seem more like pleather. Returned it and went with another MK bag (same as my old one in black, this time in the luggage color.) The new bag will be smaller as a medium and cost more, but easier to handle and a far better crafted feeling.

Poor quality

I was disappointed in the quality of this tote. The size and color were perfect, but the bag itself was very flimsy and the material felt more like plastic than leather. I returned it. Not worth the price, even on sale.

Michael Kors zip tote

I bought this as a gift ....I liked the size and the color (I purchased the camel color) and it served all the needs of the recipient.

problrms with michael kors tote missing charm,size

the michael kors tote was smaller than macy website description by 5 inches width, missing logo charm. called macy's.com. they promised replacement at no charge as long as i returned product. returned it same day. then got e-mail drnyibg crefit or replacement. had to call and argue for credit. no replacement sent.
