Too delicate for words

Broke after 1 week. The screw just slipped out. I’ve had another thicker MK watch for 8 years. This one is thinner. But still very much so disappointed. I was able to return with no issues.

Bad, I haven’t received it yet

This watch has been marked as delivered, but I did not receive it. I have already submitted a claim about this, but nobody has helped me yet. Could you please assist me in this matter? I have not received the item nor the refund, so what should I do in my case?
