Beautiful Band Must B Tight 4 Watch 2 Work

I'm using the Leather Band til I find somewhere that can remove links from the Pave Band. I'll need 3 or 4 removed. The Band has to fit tightly on your wrist or the watch will not sync or function properly. I have problem with it keeping steps. Sleep works good but if you get out of bed it starts your sleep over. I take it off & leave in bed til I return to keep it from waking up. I've gone through many tiles & made lots of chgs & adjmts several times a day to colors as well as displays on my face. I've made texts, phone calls & received both. Calendar links well with events as does emails. I noticed negative reviews but I think those were made prematurely due to the fact that if you've not had a chance to thoroughly sync your watch & play with it for a few weeks. I don't believe you can write an adequate review. I gave it 5 stars even though I've still got a few kinks to work out. The fact that the call quality is excellent is exactly what I was hoping for. Holds Chrg 24hr+

Waste of Money

I bought this watch as an anniversary gift a couple months before the event since it was on sale and I was eyeballing this watch for the wife for a long while. I gave her the watch & on the 2nd day it starts to malfunction It said she had a full battery then dies. She puts it on, unlocks it just to see it's locked again. She unlocks it a second time but gets stuck on the unlock screen and by the time it gets to the watch face it locks again! The performance is pathetic, it takes so much time to go screen to screen. I plug it in to charge and it doesn't even churp to let you know it's charging for a couple minutes. She hates it so much she wanted to return it so I called Michael Kors Support hoping I could exchange it for a traditional Michael Kors watch. Got transferred around to be told I'm past the 30 day return period but I can send it in for repair at my cost. PLUS there is a possibility I will be charged for the repair although I'm within that 1 year warranty period. Never again
