Love the watch

Looks like Cartier from far, tbh. Got so many compliments on it. Sadly it’s not as emerald green as it is on pictures. It’s more of a dull/darker green. I was hoping for a brighter emerald green. Regardless, it’s beautiful.

Order disonance.

The online process of ordering the article was nice and smooth. But I can not say the same as the services at pick up. The person who tended me did not have the best manners and seemed completely unaware of all the details of the order. I selected the personalization card since this was a gift for the extra fee, but the person was not aware and told me brusquely that was the only the had was a bag (even though online order asked for the name of the giver and recipient for the personalization) Not happy at all with that part.
