Bad customer service

I ordered on 3/23/25, tracking says 3/30, it is now 4/3 and still no earrings. Been at one post office 20 miles from my home 6 days no movement)I talked to 3 in the customer service dept in the Philippines (could not understand me and vice versa). I spoke to 3 people in the local stores…no help. I have always been a customer of Macys...until now! The customer service is very very bad. Wasted 4 plus hours. I left a message for administration at Macys Oak Park, no response.
