Terrible

I bought this bracelet for a gift. It came tarnished and with wear on the edges. MK wouldn't do anything for me- told me I could return it (of course) which wouldn't even be enough time to give it as a gift on the date I wanted. Even the employees couldn't believe the damage. I thought MK offered good quality items...going to order a bracelet from another company who can offer a more high quality item.
