very disappointing.

I'm a bit confused as to why name-brand items are being shipped without their original packaging, including the box, UPC, and product code. I recently received a bag that arrived with scratches and was loosely packed in a plain brown Macy's box—not in a Michael Kors box as expected. This experience has made me question the authenticity of the item, and I find it very disappointing. I sincerely hope Macy's is not selling counterfeit products.

The shirt I received was open and clearly seemed that someone had returned it and it was not re-packed. Disappointed!!!!
