Bad product handling

I ordered this watch online and never received this. I selected 'ship to store' option and the order was auto-canceled with a note DAMAGED. Also, it says the buyer collected the order, and then received another email indicating the product was damaged and the money was returned. Not a happy camper of how MACY'S is handling and messing up customers.
