Wrong item sent

Loved the vest, sadly it’s the wrong color I had a salesperson order it for me to make sure they got the right one and they made the mistake I didn’t want to do. Had to re order it myself. Annoying how I’m now driving to Macy to return the vest they ordered wrong

What do you mean Keep the item

Upon receiving the information that the package was delivered, an hour later, I wen to my building looking for the package. IT WAS NOT THERE. You are assuming that I have the item and that implies that I'm dishonest. Very stupid to write: "Keep your item! No need to return". YOU SHOULD CHANGE THAT disclaimer.

Three shades of grey with the same SKU!

There are three shades of grey all with the same sku! I ordered large because at the counter. All three shades of grey and they couldn’t figure out a way to order the dark grey! They thought they had it figured out. However, when it arrived it was the middle shade of grey! The same thing happened with the jacket order.
