don’t order from Macys

I have purchased several coats from Macys late November . Supposedly arrived at a local distribution center in Bklyn, NY . Never gotten my coats - it’s been nearly a month . USPS Is not help at all . They just keep giving me different service requests numbers. Macy’s customer service is not helpful at all . I have spent money and now lots of time calling store and distributors. I am very disappointed and frustrated and I will never purchase from Macys again. I have also purchased lingerie, received wrong items and never heard from the seller or Macys regarding replacement. Horrible experience.

Wrong Coat

I ordered a 38 Short coat and you sent me a 40 Regular coat. So then I had to take two hours out of my day and pay a metro fare back and forth to return it to the store. Overall I appreciate your business and the great parade you do at Thanksgiving, but not this particular purchase.

Black White

The Black White color is a darker color in person compared to the online photos. It is a charcoal grey and not a light grey as pictured. The coat material is also slightly scratchy / rough.
