Buyer Beware

I ordered this watch during Black Friday. They said it would take 6-9 business days before I can pick it up from the store. I waited and waited called customer service twice and they told me it hasn’t made it to the store. I went to the store they said they don’t have yet. Finally it said it’s ready for pickup, just to get to the store and found out they sent it back. I never received the watch an apology or an email. This was just an horrible experience all around.
