Bad straps

I received it as a gift and now my straps are peeling around the handles. Purse is good. I can’t use it anymore. What can I do?

Great design

Great bag!

I absolutely love this purse! It’s the perfect size, doesn’t collapse, making it hard to find things. It has a wonderful hidden pocket on the front to slide my phone into, or keep a shopping list or envelope handy. The inside has a zippered pocket and two slip pockets to keep items organized. I just love it!
