Gorgeous bangle but size is small

I bought the bangle a month ago and at the time of buying it online, there was not option for size which I assumed could have been a one size fits all. But she. I received the bangle, was shocked at how small it was as it fit very tight and is so uncomfortable bangle came with a tag which indicated that it was a size M and yet there were no options for sizes on the online platform while buying it. Would like to return it for an exchange but only realized that I’m 6 weeks past shipping date. Can I still make arrangements for in store returns?

Too small and arrived

Too. Small didnt like it. And didnt arrive on time even tho paid extra
