Disappointed

Received for Mother's Day 2019. Three months after receiving, noticed it was not charging correctly, went to check it and take off the charger and the entire back came off. Macy's would not do anything for me, even though it had only been 3 months, stating I had to contact Michael Kors. Michael Kors did repair under warranty. Took a month to get it returned and every since it does not charge correctly.

I ordered this for Christmas for my daughter it was out of stock I was disappointed but the bank held the money for 10 days I would have loved to picked something else but I had no options

Horrible Watch

This product looks very nice but when you actually try to use it, it's less than desirable. The screen just goes black when you are trying to do stuff. The app glitches like no other. The battery life sucks! I am a working human. I need something that last longer than my day so my watch doesn't die. That's pretty inconvenient. If you want a good looking watch then this is for you. If you want a functional watch, do NOT get this.

Horrible

In less than a month and very little use. The back cover of the watch came off. Horrible quality. And customer service was a nightmare!

Be Wary

I want to love this watch but it simply didn't exceed my expectations. While this is a beautiful watch, the back piece snapped off after a few wears.
