Excellent Braiser

This lightweight Dutch Oven type braiser is excellent. I cooked now several dishes in it on the stove as well as in the oven on high temperatures. Easy to use and easy to clean.

A real gem

I've had Greenpan products before, so I was not surprised that this one works as advertised: perfectly non-stick, easy to clean with just a wash cloth and mild detergent. It heats up faster than the aluminum Dutch oven that it replaces. And it will work on an induction cooktop, which I plan to buy soon.

Merten and Storck Braiser

I ordered the Merten and Storck 4 quart red enameled braiser. Right out of the box, the color is beautiful! It has a nice weight to it without being too heavy! I made soup with it and it cooks evenly, keeps the food hot and it was easy to clean up! I highly recommend this Dutch oven!

Beyond Easy cleanup!

I have an older pan that weighs twice as much- this one is so light to lift from stovetop to oven. It cooks better and faster, made pasta…. cleanup was amazingly easy.🤩
