I have never received update on the delivery time nor was I notified of when the item would be delivered. I was horrifically disappointed when I discovered that the item was delivered to my address. But I didn't receive any delivery. I have been trying to reach Macy's with no answers. I just need my money back. I will never buy from this merchant ever again.

Confortable and beautiful

A struggle but really nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok so I love this- I do. But there are a couple flaws. 1. With any pleather furniture it is very delicate and easily damaged so you need to be very careful and I don’t recommend around pets. 2. Two out of the 4 leg areas did not have the metal surroundings which enable the bolts to fit so I actually had to go to the hardware store to buy new bolts in order for them to fit. It ended up working, but it was a run around to do so. All in all though it’s a beautiful chair, I love the concept and it’s really nice to be able to have something in my smaller room for when guests come over as I cannot fit a bed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I REALLY like the look and size of this chair. The idea is great too, convertible chair/bed! However, leaves much to be desired. The holes to attach the legs on were drilled through the zipper to the underneath storage pouch for the pillow. The legs are incredibly hard to hide back into place because there is barely enough room even for a child sized finger to fit in to push. One of the seams on the “bed” portion is already coming undone after only a few weeks of use. Good for the short term I guess..

Very comfortable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chair was a breeze to assemble! All I had to do was screw on four legs. And let me tell you, the seat is incredibly spacious and surprisingly comfy! I'm so excited because once my little one arrives, this chair will be my go-to for breastfeeding sessions. Plus, it's the ideal size for when I need to fold it out into a twin size bed for any guests that come over. And you won't believe it, but it's even withstood the daily antics of my energetic two-year-old without any problems!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the grey color, I thought it was going to be very dark, but not at all, color is perfect. It’s a bit awkward with the folding cushion. But maybe it’ll be better once I sit on it more. It’s able to fold out to lay on. Very modern looking

Decent but not the best ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I love the look of this couch. Super modern and sleek. Issues I have is it is not super comfy. Is it good for movie nights to be able to stretch out-1000%. But I (as an adult) would not sleep on it over night, good for kids to sleep on as the ridges may not affect them much. Other issue I have is the zippers for the legs that convert this to a bed are simply not long enough so it's be a pain to put back. Aside from that, great couch and does come handy.

Overall a great stylish chair!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon arrival, I was impressed at how this chair could fit into a box the size that it was - not as large as I thought which was great! It was very easy to set up and looked very stylish and modern once put together! It can fit about 1-2 people comfortable when it’s in the chair mode but once it’s set up to be a sleeper, it comfortable fits one person. The only downfall is that It’s a tad stiff but nothing some comfortable sheets and pillows can’t fix! Overall it’s a nice chair and when I looked into it more, it seems to be an affordable option as well! Would recommend!
