Needs to improve packaging

Nice Flatware set in a horrible packaging. This is the second set of flatware that I bought online (I returned the first one due to poor quality). This set has decent thickness, feels substantial but not too heavy; has a feel of quality silverware. The details add to a classic look of it. overall it could be a five star flatware. However, it came in a basic yellow (no insulation bubbles inside) envelope! The individual pieces were wrapped as a set of four in a thin plastic wrapFor example, one plastic wrap would include a table spoon, a dinner fork, a salad fork and a dessert spoon. All these pieces were freely moving inside the package. I had 8 sets of those in the envelope it was sent in. As you can imagine by the time I got them, all individually packed sets were torn and free to move inside the postal envelope! Several spoons had traction scratches on them due to forks moving along them . I can’t believe they were so cheap to use a more appropriate packaging.
