I’m 5’9 and approximately 170lbs. When I measure the circumference of my head where the hat would sit, it’s typically measures 22 1/4”. That size overlaps for the S/M or M/L dimensions posted. When I get unstructured hats, I would say the S/M is better, but with the structured hats like this, the M/L fits better. I purchased mine in M/L, Vapor Green and paid full price. I’m VERY happy with the purchase. The construction is very nice and this color always sells out. I wish the signature Nike Checkmark and reflective elements were constructed with a more durable material, but they sometimes (although it seems more rare) will start to detach after a while. Nonetheless, I’d easily buy a second of this exact hat! It’s fantastic!

Comfy hat for runners

It's a comfy hat, I am using it for outdoor runs. The material is breathable and flexible. According to size chart, I fall under L/XL size but I ordered M/L and it's still tiny bit larger than I would expect. Other than that, good style.

Make sure to size down

Very happy with this hat! love the snapback and very breathable. Fits my head well; I am 7 & 3/8 in New Era fitted for reference. I returned the M/L for S/M to get the fit I was expecting.

There Are Other Choices

It’s a So So cap but since I got it on sale it’s an OK cap. Positives: super light Negatives: real flimsy crown and snapback, crown is a weird shape, runs big, shape does not snap back because so flimsy

Nike Cap

Nice light weight hat. Has some stretch to it and definitely runs large.

Not a snap back cap

Photo shows a snap back but I received Velcro. Very disappointing, but the hat is nice.
