Not Comfortable, Small Size Not Flexible

I couple of had Rockport shoes a few years and enjoyed the quality and comfort. However, seems like some businesses once they get the good reputation, they start to cut on quality and increasing their prices. The shoes are too tight, not flexible and one size smaller. I wear size 9.5, I ordered it online received the shoes were too tight and not flexible. I had to take go to 2 different macy's locations and exchanged it to size 10 one size bigger. I just wore the shoes couple of times seems stiff and without any flexibility. The only thing I like about these shoes it's light weight. I recommend if you want to order this shoe try it on in person see how it feels and order one size bigger.

Fits too big, finish is average

Rockport’s quality is not the best as before! The finish is not appealing and it fits too big!

Shipping issues

Unfortunately, I ordered, and was charged for, two pairs of shoes and have only received one. In addition, the one pair that was delivered (via USPS) was left outside in the pouring rain. While I realize that Macy's does not physically deliver the merchandise, they do choose who ships their products. The shoes I received (Rockport's) are very good, but the delivery process leaves a lot to be desired.
