Wrong product twice

I ordered the same hat twice and it was the wrong item both times. It doesn’t look like you even carry the item I tried to purchase. Both purchases were online which meant I either needed to ship the return or process it in store. The employee was very helpful, but did recommend not trying a third time even if she orders through the Macys system.
