Unprofessional sale!

Received suit in a 12x12sqft box. Suit is a 44L, and shoulder length is 18 foot. Of course hanger came broken, Suit severely rumpled and looks used without care to make it look presentable. Highly disappointed on the quality place on their product. Otherwise Suit would have been a perfect fit. If they can't place a decent value on their product, how are their clients or customers suppose to value them. Image matters!
