Not new. They are dirty. Size difference than normal.
The shoes have been worn and are dirty. They are also too small. I have no less than 10 pairs of Cole haan. Size 12 always fits. I tried to process a return and am getting the message than my window for returns has closed.

Cutting corners in the main place where the foot meets the shoe?
The shoe upper and lower were nice designs. The footbed insole was a cheap, thin piece of foam that did not support or comfort. So I returned them.

Great shoes. Do you guys sell extra laces? Got mine caught in a car door, should have tied them I know, and need another one.

Good Sneaker
This is a pretty good shoe. It seems to run a bit small as I had to go up a half size vs. my other CH shoes. It's his looking and well made.
