Poor Quality

I received this jacket yesterday. I was surprised that there was no shearing lining in the sleeves. Not a deal breaker, but misleading. The next thing I noticed was that were numerous loose threads that should have been trimmed at the factory. The biggest problem was the main zipper. On the right-hand side, fixed side of the zipper, it was torn from the coat. How did this get past quality control? Jacket runs small, too. I normally wear a L to XL. I ordered a XL and it was tight through the shoulders. I would be hesitant to order another coat from this company.
