When purchasing, order one size larger than usual size. its also narrow and not very comfortable.

Beautiful shoes but too small

I’ve never seen shoes like this. Bought size 14 because my feet are 13.5. But the 14 on these were way too tight. They felt like I was trying on a pair of size 12 or 11.5 shoes. Too small in both length and width. Have to go up at least 2 sizes.

The only reason of my 1-star review is that I ordered a size 9 and they delivered me an 11. The label that is outside of the original box says: US 9 D FLC090NK Black, but the shoes inside the box clearly depict a size 11 on the sole, as well as in rear of the tongue. What this means is that the person/team in charge of the shipping process doesn't even care to look inside to check for a match. I'm also disappointed by the fact that there's no option to explain why I'm returning my item, and that I'd like to be sent the correct size and not the refunding. Now I need to wait for refunding, waste my time traveling to a UPS store to return the item, purchase it one more time, and pray that the correct shoe size is delivered this time. PD: I really like the shoes and I recommend this product. As soon as I get what I paid for, I'll change my review from 1 to 5 stars.

All leather upper and sole

I was surprised of the high quality a dressy sneaker as well as sporty. Very comfortable with thick padding in sole. Viva Carlos Santana! Love your shoes and music ! Corazon!
