Never given Figaro bracelet or credit!

Never got Figaro bracelet or credit when I opened my box it was only the Funko Pop. The customer service person used a condensing tone as, if I was at fault. I purchased a replacement from another store. Now I'll start emailing since my calls have gone no where.
