Shoe is fine. Delivery took a bit long, but no issues. Thank you. Love you, Macy's, don't ever close the store on W. 34th St. NYC

So disappointing lately

Rockport used to be a great brand, but the last several years the quality of this style shoe has declined significantly, at least for the last four pair that I've purchased. I still like the looks of the shoe, but none of my last pairs have made it past a year and a half without the soles coming loose. Most have not made it to a year; my current pair 6 months. And it's not just Rockport, many other brands are no longer worth buying.
