Bad

I bought a shirt, same size I have always worn. Different brand (Alfani)! Loved the shirt, pulled the tags off pressed it to wear it and it was too big. Few days later, popped by with all tags and packaging to exchange. David (older man, Asian) not friendly at all. Made it feel like a huge hassle to simply exchange for the next size down. That is why Macy's is failing. Poor attitudes and poor customer service. I will steer clear of Dave.

It is a decent necklace with a good amount of diamonds but the diamonds aren’t very clear. The silver is more flashy than the stones.

Stunning Cross

Purchased this cross as a gift for our son. I wasn’t sure how it would look in person but was pleasantly surprised to see how lovely the cross is and the weight. Would definitely recommend.

Chain is TERRIBLE

Chain broke 2 minutes after my son put it on. Bought for Christmas and he was terribly disappointed. Went to Macy's for help and they were useless.
