Do NOT use same day delivery
I never received this item. Tracking number given does NOT work, despite order status saying delivered. Opened a help ticket 4 days ago with no response or resolution yet. Using DoorDash to deliver items like this with no way to verify or track delivery is quite frankly disturbing.
I bought this bracelet for my boyfriend birthday but he wasn't here he came back this Friday when he try the bracelet that's when we found out the bracelet have problem with the clash Macys knew the bracelet have a factory defects i try to return it they still don't wanna take back because I bought it two months ago .
Don't buy it, all of them have a defective clasp.
Don't buy this bracelet, It's a nice bracelet but is not worth not even a penny, I bought one online for my husband for valentine's day and when arrived we noticed that the clasp wasn't latching properly so we took it back to the Macys store in Bakersfield, they had another one in stock that look the clasp was working properly so instead of returning it we decided to exchange it (worst decision we ever made) because he tried to wear it and lost it, we were able to find it and took it back to the store and they refuse to give a refund or store credit because we took off the tag, even though we have the receipt and the bracelet is in perfect condition, except for the clasp that doesn't work and now the only solution they gave us is to send it to have it repair and that was because we bought a warranty, but if they can't repair it there's no guarantee they will refund us what we pay for it, and Macy's is making us loose our money because of a defective piece of jewelry they sell.
