Item not received, not credited, absolute worst customer service, very rude, outright obnoxious, almost mocking me for having to pay this amount for an item not received. On principle, I will never purchase anything from macys again. Terrible.

Beauty

I ordered this cross for my 14 year old son. The cross is amazingly beautiful, however I will be returning it because it just too large for my son to wear everyday. But it was definitely worth the price.

Men’s Crucifix Pendant - Excellent purchase

I bought this Men’s Crucifix pendant for my husband for our 46th wedding anniversary gift. He was so excited with the necklace! He hasn’t taken it off! He shows it to all of his friends and he tells me how very much he loves it! I have been looking for a crucifix necklace for some time. I would highly recommend this necklace to anyone looking for a cross necklace. The quality of the necklace, the size of the cross and the length of the chain are perfect. Nancy from the Greenbrier Mall store in Chesapeake, Virginia was excellent.
