Maybe Not Helpful For All Women
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The capsules are easy to swallow but do not allow the capsule to linger in your mouth. It doesn't taste great! It tastes like bitter soil. I took 1 capsule once daily before bed for 3 weeks & I did not notice my night sweats decreasing. I also did not notice a change with my moods.

Needed for Menopause
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed the fact that taking the suggested dosage was very useful. I normally take this particular pill right before bed because I have more hot flashes during the night and I want to be able to lessen the hot flashes that I have constantly at night. I'm at that point where I'm having trouble sleeping at night due to the hot flashes so I'm looking for products that will help control that and less than that. I noticed within a few weeks that my half flashes were lessened during the night and my libido has increased. Just recently I noticed my sexual desire for my partner has significantly increased to where my intimacy level has improved and I am noticing more arousal when I am with my partner. The supplement that I have is helping with those symptoms and it's something that I may need to keep in my rotation for maintaining better health and a smoother transition into menopause.
